Arabic Source and Roman Transliteration

Arabic		فَمَا أَغْنَىٰ عَنْهُم مَّا كَانُوا يَكْسِبُون
Transliteration		Fama aghna AAanhum ma kanoo yaksiboona
Transliteration-2		famā aghnā ʿanhum mā kānū yaksibūn

Generally Accepted Translations of the Meaning
Muhammad Asad		and of no avail to them was all [the power] that they had acquired
M. M. Pickthall		And that which they were wont to count as gain availed them not
